With over 35 years of expertise in infrared optics and laser beam delivery systems, Paul is a veteran of the industry. Having held leadership roles at Umicore, ULO Optics, and LBP Optics, he founded NirOS with a vision to guide engineering firms toward sustained growth through better optical solutions.

Gareth holds a Pgd Medical Laser Applications in Medical Physics and Medical Laser at Heriot-Watt University.
